Effective systems engineering is the foundation of successful vehicle development programmes. Using advanced simulation tools, we validate and optimize designs virtually before committing to hardware.
Our embedded software engineering team develops production-ready software for automotive electronic control units across powertrain, battery management, charging systems, body electronics, and infotainment. Using model-based development processes, we simulate, test, and validate software before hardware is available, significantly reducing development time and risk.
We design and develop automotive electronic control systems optimized for production from initial prototyping through to market-ready solutions. Our modular design approach minimizes supply chain risks while our extensive in-house electronics testing capabilities enables thorough validation across electrical, RF, and environmental testing.



Our secure telematics solutions provide remote vehicle data acquisition, monitoring and analysis for commercial fleets and OEM development programmes. Sophisticated edge processing reduces cellular data costs while delivering responsive web dashboards without compromising data quality.
We provide comprehensive component and system testing for performance validation, optimization and durability assessment. Our in-house test cells handle powertrain testing from 250W to 700kW and up to 3000Nm, while our design and manufacturing capability enables fast, cost-effective custom test rig construction for any mechanical or powertrain testing requirement.
Added value services include manufacturing capabilities to deliver rapid prototype parts and assemblies, and experienced engineers providing on-site support at test tracks and race events worldwide.
